Orders are packed within one working day. Delivery options and fees are shown for your address at checkout.

Timing

Cairo and Giza usually arrive in 2–4 days. The rest of the country in 5–7.

Drops can slow things down for a day or two; the confirmation email always carries the current estimate.

You get a message when the parcel leaves us and another when the courier is on the way.

Change of address after dispatch is not always possible; reach out as early as you can.
