An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a piece sold out before it was packed.

Prices include VAT. Delivery is quoted at checkout based on your address.

Pay by card through our payment provider or cash on delivery where offered.

Card payments are authorised at checkout and captured when the order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your confirmation. They are estimates, not promises.

Risk passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel.
