We collect only what it takes to make and deliver your order, keep your account working, and tell you about the next drop if you asked us to.
What we collect
When you order, we take your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you bought.
If you create an account we also keep your saved addresses and order history so reordering is faster.
How we use it
To confirm the order, arrange delivery, send payment and fulfilment updates and answer support questions.
Drop announcements go only to people who joined the list. Leave any time from the email itself.
How it is protected
Card payments are handled by our payment provider; card numbers never touch this store.
Order data is visible only to the staff and systems that need it to get your pieces to you.
